Lance Drummond is a problem solver. When clients have experienced
retirement plan related issues, Lance commits himself to providing
solutions. He is responsible for the design, implementation,
compliance, and administration of all types of retirement plans. He
serves as the primary contact for each of his clients, and handles the
day-to-day operation of their retirement plans.
Lance joined the firm in 2005 after working with a local third party administrative firm in Dayton, Ohio. He uses his excellent working knowledge of ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations, plan audits and voluntary correction programs to exceed his clients’ expectations. Lance also serves as a financial audit resource for the firm.
